Catena-X Training
The Catena-X Association invites consulting companies to show other organisations the benefits of Catena-X, to draw up an individual onboarding plan for them and to help with its implementation. The Association supports the acquisition of knowledge about Catena-X with a basic training course and provides reading material, interactive modules and videos that can be completed in self-study and at a flexible time. In order to prove appropriate support and consulting competencies, you will be asked questions about the learning content.
Once you have successfully completed the training (1st step), you can apply for a consultant qualification (2nd step). The application costs 480.00 € per person. Catena-X Association members will receive a discount of 100.00 € per person. The qualification is personalised and valid for 1 year and will be awarded to you in digital form after receipt of your positive result in the training course and your payment. You may only call yourself Catena-X qualified Advisory Provider und get the label once you have been awarded the qualification. Since the training course is continuously updated in Catena-X according to new releases, the application for the qualification should be made within 3 months of successfully completing the training.
Companies with more than 5 employees with this qualification may refer to their entire company as “Catena-X qualified”. For companies with fewer than 10 employees in total, the following rule applies: if more than 50% of the company’s staff is qualified, it may refer to their entire company as “Catena-X qualified”.

The application costs 250.00 euros net. These fees are due upon application even if the examination reveals that the requirements for acquiring a company-related qualification are not met.
The number of employees of the applying company and the number of Catena-X qualified employees at the time of application as well as the issue dates of these personal qualifications are checked. The validity of the most recently acquired qualification must be at least 10 months at the time of application for the company-related qualification.
The number of permanent employees at the time of the application is decisive for the listing. Even if the number of employees changes within a year, the number does not have to be corrected retrospectively within the validity period of the acquired company-related qualification. A correction is only necessary in the event of requalification after one year.
The qualification is valid from receipt of payment and is only issued at this point in time. A company may only advertise with the title ‘Catena-X qualified Advisory Provider’ / ‘Catena-X qualified’ starting from the moment it receives a company-related qualification.
