FAQ
To accomplish the courses, you need an internet connection. For the course “PCF Basic-Training” you also need speakers or headphones.
- Click on “User Training” in the menu. Note: An overview of all available courses will be displayed.
- Choose your desired learning course and start the course with a mouse click.
- At the end of the course, please click the “Mark as complete” button.
- To take the next course, click the “Back to course overview” button.
- Note: After some courses you may be required to take a quiz. To pass the quiz you must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly.
No. Our courses are divided into individual lessons. You can pause after each lesson and continue at another time. Your processing status is saved automatically.
The prerequisite for obtaining a Confirmation of Participation is the successful completion of the corresponding course. For some courses you may be required to take a quiz. To pass the quiz you must answer at least 80% of the questions correctly. Only then you can generate your Confirmation of Participation by clicking on the “Print your Certificate” button. If you didn’t get the required score, you can start the quiz again.
Note: If you have larger gaps in your knowledge, you can take the desired lessons again individually.
The Librarian helps you discover our online library. With its search function you can quickly find specific documents. You can search for:
- keywords (e.g. EDC, digital twin, onboarding, association)
- user groups (e.g. users, developers, app providers, consultants)
- use cases (e.g. CO2, circular economy, quality, traceability)
